Picked up, the Native Guns mixtape and Bambu�s mixtape. Feelin� it!!!

I never got into podcast, but right now, I�m listening to VH1 2005 Hip Hop Honors Podcast, where they are talking about all the honorees. It�s pretty cool. The particular episode that I�m listening to is about Notorious B.I.G. I looked up a couple Filipino podcast too. Pretty cool� not subscribing worthy yet� but I like the option to listen to a couple of them. I think this podcast thing is going to get me into trouble hehe� who needs music now?

I felt really uncool about my post from before about the show. My apologies for all those comments I made. I asked Amy her thoughts on it while we were out today and she was like� maybe they don�t relate to the stereotype that�s getting made fun of in the music. Not that hip hop is all about hating on this and hating on that� but I don�t know� it�s just weird. I don�t like how music (not just hip hop) gets stereotyped like that. That you wouldn�t be expected to listen to certain types of music because of the way you dress or your attitude. People have often told me that they�re surprised that I�m into the music that I�m into� and I�ve been offended. But you know, it�s easy to get lost in all of that. It�s sad because music is a sound, and sound has not site, so you shouldn�t stereotype right?

That was corny.

I was on a download quest to find samples. I�m in the middle of this ultimate iPod play list where it songs and the song they sampled. Right now it�s pretty fly. I found the song they sampled on Jay-Z  Lucifer and of course, I finally was able to find Aretha Franklin�s One Step Closer the famous chorus from Ms. Fat Booty. It�s almost finished, but not quite. When it�s done I�ll post the tracks.
