[New Years Resolutions]
Ive been thinking about New Years Resolutions, but not sure what I really want to improve on. I usually make a bunch in hopes to keep at least five of them, but I want to make quality resolutions that really mean something and will work hard to keep. So here we go NY Resolutions: 2006. 1. End the frivolous spending: save your ends! Everyone always has this as their new years resolutions. For the most part Ive done a bad job at saving money, just because Ive celebrated my unpoor broke college student status. I really need to work on this I do spend on frivolous things, and well I dont do a good job in saving money for that rainy day. That rainy day may come soon so Im hoping that this frivolous spending well equal good times and saved up ends yeah! 2. Come to terms with your mid-twenties status Its time to let go and realized that I am now officially an adult. Coming to terms with this happened a couple of months ago, but really feeling comfortable in my adult skin that will take some work. Lets hope that I do a good job on this one. 3. Time manage to the max! The schedule I plan to keep shows that I should really take the best steps to manage my time well. I really want to make sure that I do this because I will definitely need it. With everything I want to accomplish this year, I hope that I can do my best to manage everything in my life the way I want it to be. 4. Get rid of that excess baggage! Im not getting any younger its really time to get in shape! Time to get rid of all this excess baggage that I have (both physically and emotionally) and just get into the best shape of my life, its not a losing weight thing its so much more then that. 5. Remember my hobbies. My guitar is collecting dust and there is a pile of books waiting to be read. Time to pick up hobbies and even if I dont have a whole lot of time for them once a week or even once a month would be awesome. 6. Get over it. Its time to get over it and move on. Stop living in the past and live for the present. This also goes with number four. So here are the six I want to keep these six. Six for 2006!!! G*YEAH!
