[Some 2005 thoughts]

I usually do a year in review (the same way I used to shout out everyone during Thanksgiving) but sad to say my blogy blog might be nearing an end. Not because I dont have the desire to update, but just because the time to write thought provoking insights has just been limited.

And besides, I hate how I have to wear my glasses just to be on the computer =)

I really dont know what has happened these past couple of months. 2005 seems like such a blur. The only notable things I feel that have happened are well not worth mentioning I guess (just because you all got a heavy dose of it when I first talked about it).

2005 thoughts

-- I feel like I truly became comfortable with my adulthood. I think this year, put me at ease at my job (even though I attempted to leave earlier this year) it was mixed emotions about how I feel about working, my cubical, the sucky schedule all the crap that comes with being in the workforce I chose to be in. Somewhere in the fall with all the failures and accomplishments that come with working for the Triad a suddenly became comfortable in my skin. I really learned how to hustle them, not in a bad way but in a Im just trying to show you my good attributes kind of way. From that mentality, I became more appreciated, and well now work isnt as bad as it usually is. I guess in 2005 I gave my workplace and my adult life a fair chance to shine. Now, its not so bad (even though I still dress like a college student sometimes) but for the most part even if I dont see a future in the organization, I do see that the growth Ive obtained because of the experiences and the life test that happen when youre stuck in such a chaotic time schedule shown that Ive kind of grown up some, and Im happy with that.

-- exb0o made an appearance in 2005 many times which made me really think about what love is and how to approach it. Although I dont see a future with him, hes made me realize what my love self worth really is. I do deserve a lot better but I also have to come to terms with the fact that better doesnt really have to come now, but eventually it will.

Anyway thats what I got for now =)
